Privacy information
Controller. DriveClub is the controller for enquiries sent through this page. Controller contact. Use this enquiry form to contact DriveClub.
Data and purpose. We process the name, email, vehicle, message and technical delivery data you provide only to answer and manage your enquiry.
Legal basis. If your enquiry may lead to an agreement, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, the basis is DriveClub’s legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention and recipients. Data is kept only while needed to handle the enquiry and, where relevant, to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or meet legal duties. It may be processed by the hosting and email providers used to operate this page and mailbox, acting on DriveClub’s instructions, or disclosed where the law requires it. No transfer outside the EEA is planned. We do not use enquiry data for marketing or automated decision-making.
Your choices and rights. Providing the data is voluntary, but DriveClub cannot reply without the required fields. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where applicable, you may also request data portability. You may also complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
